Our Story

The Sai Srushti Group (SSG) began its journey in 2005, when Sreenadha Reddy, Sumanth Reddy and Suresh Kumar Reddy conceived and founded the enterprise with the primary intent to invest in real estate development. Each of the three founders brought their unique talents to the table. While Sreenadha’s fortes included sound decision-making and optimal risk-taking, Sumanth came with valuable experience in civil works and real estate and Suresh was visibly passionate about the delivery of holistic, value-based education.

Together they rapidly took the company forward, acquiring large parcels of premium land and tying up with various marquee real estate developers to execute high value commercial and residential real estate projects. By 2020,

Along the way, SSG branched into other verticals – including world-class education and tech-driven infrastructure development - that leveraged the strengths of its founders. Towards the turn of the decade, SSG also set up an Alternate Investment Fund and also ventured into warehousing development. It branched into setting up the region’s first integrated community - Bengaluru Lifesciences Park (BLP), dedicated towards supporting life sciences entrepreneurs, SMEs and multinational enterprises, with bespoke facilities and offices to suit the needs of its occupants.

Last, but certainly not the least, the promoters’ common dream to uplift people in rural India through education, health and nutrition, and pro-agrarian initiatives, gave form to the SSG Foundation.
